How to pay for GOtv via M-pesa
- Go to M-pesa and select Lipa na M-pesa option.
- Select paybill and enter GOtv business number:423655.
- Enter the IUC number as your account number. This is found at the bottom of your decoder.
- Enter the subscription amount for the package you are paying for.
- Enter your M-pesa pin number.
- Confirm the details to complete the transaction.
- You will receive a message from Safaricom and GOtv confirming the transaction.
How to solve GOtv E16/E30 error
E16 Error
If you see this error ,it means your decoder has been disconnected because your subscription has expired.
To activate your GOtv subscription, pay then text the word ‘RESET’ and your IUC number to 22688. e.g. RESET 415455512536 send it to 22688.
E30 Error
This error can indicate any of these 2 problems;
- Decoder has no signal.
- Decoder has been switched off due to lack of renewal of your subscription
